Can i return?

How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Contact us at service@brenetti.com to request approval.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address via email.
    Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
  • Customer-Initiated Returns (e.g., personal preference, incorrect size):
    • You are responsible for return shipping fees (standard or expedited).
    • The original shipping fee for the product will be deducted from your refund.
  • Merchant-Initiated Returns (e.g., damaged item, incorrect shipment):
    • We cover all shipping fees (return and original).
Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 3 days of receipt, though bank processing times may vary.

Can i cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we have a very limited window to cancel. Occasionally, this is the case even when the ship date is a few days away, since catching or pulling an order requires time and labor, and is dependent upon factors like the warehouse and studio staff’s capacity.
We’re so sorry in advance for the inconvenience.You can return the item for a refund. Just contact us as soon as you receive it (please let us know that you wanted to cancel but couldn’t), and we’ll set you up with a return label.

How can i edit or change my order?

Orders are released immediately after they are placed. If you need to edit or change an order please reach out as soon as possible so that we can attempt to update shipping addresses, cancel items or orders, update finishes, or change additional product details. 

How long do returns take to process?

It takes our warehouse 1-2 weeks to receive and process your return. You will receive a notification as soon as your refund has been issued.

My order had a damaged or missing part

If you have received an item with missing or defective hardware please email a photo of the item with any relevant information along with your order number to our customer support team.(service@brenetti.com)

Please note that missing parts need to be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
