Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship to Australia, the United States, Canada, Mexico, and over 200 other countries worldwide.

How long does delivery usually take?

The total delivery time includes two stages:
  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  2. Shipping Time:
    • Australia:
      • FREE Standard Shipping (10–20 business days).
    • Other Countries (e.g., US, Canada, Mexico):
      • Standard Shipping: 14–25 business days.
      • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days.

How do l track my order status?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and a link to monitor your shipment via our logistics partner’s website.

How much does it cost for shipping?

  • Australia:
    • FREE Standard Shipping for all orders (no minimum purchase required).
  • Other Countries:
    • Standard Shipping: $9.99 (FREE for orders over $200).
    • Express Shipping: $19.99 (fixed fee, available for urgent orders).

Are There Additional Fees Like Customs or Taxes?

No. We cover all import duties and taxes, so you won’t be charged any extra fees upon delivery.

My order is missing an item

  1. Check Your Shipment: Review your packing slip and order confirmation to verify if the item was marked as shipped. We may send multiple items in separate shipments if they become available at different times.
  2. Contact Support: If the item appears on your packing slip but is missing, reach out to our customer support team with your order number and details of the missing item. We’ll investigate and either locate the item or replace it if lost.
  3. Claims Deadline: Missing item claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery. Claims for orders older than 30 days cannot be processed.
