We currently ship to Australia, United States, Canada, Mexico, and over 200 other countries.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

• Australia

  • FREE Standard Shipping (All orders, no minimum purchase required)

  • Delivery Time: 10-20 business days

• Other Countries (US, Canada, Mexico, etc.)

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 (Free on orders over $200)

    • Delivery Time: 14-25 business days

  • Express Shipping: $19.99

    • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Customs & Taxes
All import duties and taxes are covered by us. You won't be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Order Tracking
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Missing Items

• Check your packing slip and order to make sure the item shipped. We ship items as they become available, so it's very possible you will receive multiple shipments on an order with multiple items.
• If the item is on your packing slip and you still cannot locate it, contact customer support with your order number and let them know what item is missing. Our customer support team will attempt to locate the missing item, or will replace it if it can't be found.
• Missing items and shipping claims need to be filed within 30 days of the order being delivered. If the shipment is older than 30 days, a claim cannot be filed for a missing or lost item.
