Refund Policy

 

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Timeframe

All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at service@brenetti.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you the return mailing address via email after your request is submitted. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer-Initiated Returns:If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., personal preference, incorrect size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the shipping method you choose (standard or expedited). Additionally, the final refund amount will be deducted by the original shipping fee of the product.
  • Merchant-Initiated Returns:
    If the return is due to our reasons (e.g., damaged goods, incorrect items shipped, etc.), the customer will not be responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees and original shipping fees.

Please note that no additional return handling fees will be charged for processing your return.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically via your original payment method within 3 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Exchange Policy

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

8. Return Restrictions

BRENETTI monitors return activity to prevent abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at BRENETTI's discretion. If a return is not approved, the item may not be returned to you.
